7-Day Easy Return Policy

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or misuse.

Products returned without prior approval from Bruno Milano will not be accepted.

Please share your order number along with the reason for the return. Kindly also share images of the product for the team to verify. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide detailed instructions for the return process.

Return Procedure

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds are generally initiated within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We kindly request customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item
  • An incomplete shipment

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing or WhatsApping our customer support team.

To facilitate a quicker resolution, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Images of the product
  • Images of the packaging
  • An unboxing video (recommended)

Upon verification, Bruno Milano will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable.

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Products purchased during final clearance or special sale events (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled without any charges before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated and will be treated under our Return Policy after delivery.
