Bruno Milano is an international brand with offices in Hong Kong and India. Our headquarters is where we design and oversee the creation of our watches, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Though we are rooted here, our watches are worn and loved by customers all over the world.

 How big is this watch?

All the dimensions of our watches are listed on the product page. The width is measured directly across the watch face, excluding the crown.

What materials are your watches made from?

Our watches are crafted from high-quality materials including stainless steel, premium alloys, and vegan leather. Each product description includes specific details about the materials used.

How can I care for my watch?

To ensure the longevity of your watch, follow these care tips:

  • Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures
    and chemicals.
  • Keep the watch clean by wiping it with the
    microfibre cloth provided
  • For water-resistant models, check the
    water resistance rating and avoid submerging beyond the recommended depth.
How do I change the battery in my watch?

Battery replacement should be performed by a professional to ensure the integrity of your watch. Please contact a reputable watch repair shop for battery replacement.

Can I adjust the band?

Many of our watches come with adjustable bands or removable links and an eay to use tool and instruction manual. You can also watch the videos on how to adjust your strap.

Order & Payment

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for a small fee for bulk orders only. For smaller orders we provide beautiful gold foiled gift bags.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are currently accepting payments via digital platforms like RazorPay, Paytm, Gpay.

There’s something wrong with my order!

We’re sorry to hear that. If you ordered
directly from us, get in touch with our care team on care@brunomilano.com or Whatsapp us. Please send us a copy of your receipt as well as photos/videos of the problem and we’ll see what we can do to help. We also recommend registering for our warranty on our website. If you ordered from a 3rd party website, please contact their customer service team directly.

Do you offer a warranty?

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our watches, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Shipping & Returns

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible - usually within 2 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information including tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We offer 7-day no questions asked returns for unused and unworn watches. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team for return instructions. Note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Do you offer International shipping?
