Warranty Policy
1-Year Limited Warranty against any Manufacturing Defects
Every Bruno Milano watch is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If covered by the warranty, your item will be repaired free of charge in the first instance. If we cannot repair it, it will be replaced free of charge . In case of replacement, Bruno Milano cannot guarantee that you will receive the same item of jewellery. If a direct replacement is not available, an item of equal value will be provided based on the purchase price paid.

What Is Covered Under Warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the normal functioning of the watch, including:
- Defects in the watch movement.
- Defects in the watch hands, dial, or crown caused by manufacturing faults.
- Manufacturing defects in the watch case or assembly.
- Clasp or fastening mechanism defects resulting from manufacturing issues.
- Any defect that prevents the watch from functioning as intended under normal usage conditions.
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Scratches, dents, chips, or cosmetic damage to the case, crystal, bezel, bracelet, buckle, or strap.
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, drops, mishandling, or negligence.
- Water damage resulting from misuse or use beyond the stated water-resistance rating.
- Battery depletion or battery replacement.
- Wear and tear of leather, silicone, mesh, rubber, or metal straps.
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations.
- Loss or theft of the watch.
- Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or improper storage.

- Order number and proof of purchase.
- Clear images and/or videos showing the issue.
- A detailed description of the problem.
Our team will review the claim and may request additional information to facilitate the assessment.
Resolution of Warranty Claims
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Bruno Milano may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the watch.
- Replace the defective component.
- Replace the watch with the same model.
- Replace the watch with an equivalent model of similar value if the original model is no longer available.
Warranty replacements or repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Bruno Milano or through authorised sales channels. Bruno Milano reserves the right to inspect all products submitted under warranty before approving a repair, replacement, or other remedy.
